Person Specification Qualifications and knowledge Essential Radiography BSc degree HCPC Registration Desirable MSc in appropriate subject Management qualification Teaching qualification e.g. PGCE or equivalent. Experience Essential Extensive post-qualification experience, including independent clinical practice as a Senior Radiographer, leadership and supervision of junior staff. Management experience, including recruitment, appraisals & staff development. Experienced in handling complaints and demonstrating high levels of professional autonomy and accountability. Evidence of ongoing professional development. Desirable Experience working on mobile CT scanners Experience of working in a screening programme Welsh speaker. Welsh Language Skills at level 4 or 5 in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in Welsh Demonstrate understanding and application of our workplace values, with the underpinning behaviours identified for success in this role Service delivery experience to include change management. Experience undertaking research and audit. Skills and attributes Essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to write clear, concise reports. Proficient in Microsoft software & presentation skills. Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and drive performance improvement. Experienced in leading teams and relating to individuals across all disciplines and levels Innovative in service development and delivery, able to prioritise and multitask effectively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a methodical, detail-oriented approach. Enthusiastic, motivated, with a professional appearance and a flexible, reliable approach Able to work at flexible times, travel between sites, and manage sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
