0.5 Wellbeing Coach – Term time only
£13,813 - £16,255 per annum
Dudley College of Technology is one of the most successful further education colleges in the UK, providing a wide range of education and training programmes across the West Midlands. With a Large estate centred on the Dudley and Brierley Hill Learning Quarters, it provides inspirational facilities, in which students can access world-leading technology at the forefront of Further Education. Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our most recent inspection in 2023, success rates for learners, across all programmes, are on or significantly above national benchmarks.
The Wellbeing Coach will be working with students on a one to one basis or in small groups to assess and provide guidance and support to students who may be having difficulty in managing their own wellbeing.
The successful applicant will have had a minimum of 2 years previous experience in supporting young people with their well being and of working with families in a similar environment.
