Location: Beautiful 23-Acre site on outskirts of Cranleigh, Surrey Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: £26,199 - £27,051pa (equivalent hourly rate £12.60-£13.01) Are you reliable, proactive and committed to making a difference? About Us: St Joseph’s Specialist Trust is a registered charitable trust supporting children and young adults with severe and complex social communication and learning disabilities. About the Role: As a General Assistant (Cleaning) you will be the backbone of our safe, clean and welcoming environment. Your key responsibilities include: • Carrying out a variety of practical cleaning tasks across offices, classrooms, washrooms and residential areas • Managing stock of cleaning supplies and handling chemicals safely • Responding promptly to spills and incidents • Deep cleaning in line with schedules and specifications • Laundry, waste and recycling tasks • Assisting with general estate and facilities duties as part of our team What We’re Looking For: Candidates should possess physical and mental resilience and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Own transport is preferred due to our semi-rural location. Training & Commitment: All successful applicants will participate in Team Teach positive behaviour support training during induction – a vital part of our approach to supporting our students.
