What you'll be doing;

  • Creating and printing paperwork in Salesforce IT system
  • Creating draft invoices in SalesForce IT system
  • Updating the paper and electronic diary
  • Typing up waste lists
  • Printing labels
  • Managing month end report spreadsheets
  • Adding new sites to SalesForce IT system
  • Any other administrative duties required by the Chempac Manager



What we're looking for;



Essential

  • Computer literate
  • Good level of organisation
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work well with a remote team



Desirable

  • Understanding of Salesforce and Hazardous waste basic legislation
  • Knowledge of Workday
