What you'll be doing;
- Creating and printing paperwork in Salesforce IT system
- Creating draft invoices in SalesForce IT system
- Updating the paper and electronic diary
- Typing up waste lists
- Printing labels
- Managing month end report spreadsheets
- Adding new sites to SalesForce IT system
- Any other administrative duties required by the Chempac Manager
What we're looking for;
Essential
- Computer literate
- Good level of organisation
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work well with a remote team
Desirable
- Understanding of Salesforce and Hazardous waste basic legislation
- Knowledge of Workday
