As the Trading Performance Manager for Hospitals & Primary Care Services, you will contribute to our purpose of building a healthier nation by leading our trading strategy and execution. You will be accountable for what we execute in our trading plans by holding the business to account for delivery.
As our Trading Performance Manager you will:

Measure success by identifying the correct KPIs to ensure we deliver against our targets, including revenue, EBITDA, reach and social return on investment.

Hold the Charity to account for the delivery of our trading performance by monitoring, measuring, improving, managing and reviewing how we trade.

Analyse the key sales levers for the Charity, including, enquires, pipelines, conversions, demand, churn, LTV, marketing plans, KPIs etc.

Identify performance opportunities and risks across 36 hospitals nationally, developing action plans for performance outliers.

Drive performance primary care service lines, including Health Assessments and Physiotherapy, in their individual commercial performance and their wider contribution to a connected healthcare experience for our customers.

Improve the end-to-end performance of service lines, focusing on how the customer experiences Nuffield Health and working collaboratively with teams across the organisation to achieve this.

Form and execute effective collaborative partnerships that support the organisational objectives of Nuffield Health and its wider ecosystem.

Key relationships include: Executive Team, Hospital Directors, Hospital Sales, Regional Operations Directors, Marketing, Finance, Digital, External Partners
To succeed as a Trading Performance Manager you will need:

Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline

Accomplished trading professional with proven skills in delivering trading plans, both B2B and B2C.

Demonstrable skill in achieving and exceeding revenue & profitability targets

Proven skills in delivering high quality work within constrained timescales

Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, able to communicate well in both verbally and in writing

Be outcome focussed with a strong ability to identify and drive levers that optimise performance and the P&L.

Strong, credible impact, with sophisticated negotiation and conflict resolution style; able to take people with them

Collaborative working style with a clear focus on delivering outcomes
