Location: Cardiff (2-3 days office-based) Salary: £45,000 per annum

Team: Finance & People Operations
Reporting to: Head of Finance
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Running monthly payroll cycles accurately and on time (multi-site UK payroll)
- Managing pension contributions, statutory payments and benefits administration
- Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll compliance and data integrity
- Leading payroll audits and acting as the first point of contact for queries
- Developing and improving internal payroll processes and reporting tools
- Liaising with external providers and software platforms
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in payroll management (ideally in a high-growth or multi-entity environment)
- Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation, taxation and pension schemes
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with cloud-based payroll systems
- A detail-driven mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Ability to build trusted relationships across the business
