Our client, a values-led and well-established domiciliary care provider, is looking for an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their care operations and drive quality, growth, and team development. The Domiciliary Care Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, promoting excellence in care delivery, and supporting a team of coordinators and care staff. This is a pivotal role that combines leadership, operational oversight, and a genuine passion for improving lives in the community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Registered Manager experience in a domiciliary or home care setting
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, care planning, and compliance
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Recruit, support, and supervise care and office staff, promoting a positive team culture
  • Develop and grow the care service while maintaining exceptional standards
  • Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and the local community
  • Manage rotas, oversee risk assessments, and maintain accurate care records
  • Participate in the paid on-call rota and respond effectively to emergencies or service issues
