This is your opportunity to step into a rewarding part-time role where your communication skills, creativity, and people-focused mindset will make a real difference.
We’re looking for a warm, confident Marketing Advisor and Community Engagement Partner to join a supportive team at a welcoming care home in Reigate. You’ll help build local relationships, increase awareness, and bring community spirit into the heart of the home.
What the Role Involves:You’ll act as the bridge between the care home and the wider community — from organising local events and open days to building trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals, schools, and charities.
You’ll also be the first friendly face that many potential residents and families meet — helping them feel welcome, informed, and supported from day one.
Your Key Responsibilities:-
Build partnerships with local organisations, businesses, and health professionals

Plan and host community events, networking meetups, and open days

Support families with tours and queries, guiding them with care and confidence

Promote the home through local PR, social media, and campaigns

Work with the activities team to introduce new community-led opportunities

Help the home stay visible and engaged with local networks
