We are searching for an accomplished grill Chef tocreate meals in accordance with customers'preferences. The grill Chef's responsibilities includepreparing ingredients, informing waitstaff whenorders are ready, and cleaning the grill after eachshift, also monitor inventory to ensure that havesufficient supplies at all times. To be successful asa grill chef, skilled multitasker who adheres to foodsafety codes.
Responsibilities:
Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables. Braising andgrilling meat and vegetables. Checking thatingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.Preventing cross-contamination. Preparing meals inaccordance with customers' preferences, ifapplicable. Tracking the components of each mealto ensure that the final dish is completed in a timelymanner. Liaising with waitstaff once orders arefinalized. Ensuring that your workstation remainsclean and orderly at all times. Informing theManager when equipment is due for maintenance,repair, or replacement. Tracking inventory to ensurethat you always have adequate supplies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experienceas a cook/chef, preferably with a focus on grilling.Desire for continuous learning and professionaldevelopment. Capacity to stand for longhours.Thorough knowledge of food safetyguidelines. Excellent organizational, timemanagement, and multitasking skills. Level-headedwith outstanding interpersonal skills. Commitmentto the production of high-quality
outputs and excellent customer service. Ability towork shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, asrequired.
