Front of House Manager – Weddings & Events
£14.00 – £16.00 per hour | Full-time | 30-35 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire the front of house and bar teams during weddings and events
Ensure the bar is perfectly set up, stocked, and delivering excellent service
Work closely with Wedding Coordinators to keep every event running smoothly
Handle guest enquiries and resolve any challenges professionally and promptly
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and safety throughout the venue
Help with venue setup and adjustments as needed
Who You Are:
Experienced in hospitality or events leadership, confident managing teams and service delivery
Proactive, hands-on, and calm under pressure in fast-moving environments
Knowledgeable about bar operations and licensing (or keen to learn)
A natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading by example
