Summary

We're looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Construction team based in Southampton.



Location: Southampton

Contract: Permanent - Full Time



Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrator no two days are the same, you will be responsible for supporting our operations at our Southampton office.

In this fast-paced role, you will enjoy a variety of challenging administrative tasks including but not limited to:

-First Aider & Fire Marshall for the office

-Support for all visitors internal & external

-Assist in managing meeting room & desk bookings, liaising between different department needs

-Handle travel arrangements including, hotels, trains and venue hire

-Procurement of stationary & consumables for day to day running of office



Who are we looking for?

Applicants will have previous administration experience and be fully conversant with MS Office packages. You will be required to have strong organisational skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
