Summary
Join us at The Beatles Story, Liverpool’s world-famous attraction celebrating the legacy of the Fab Four. We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and passionate Events Team Leader to oversee the planning and delivery of immersive, high-quality events that reflect the magic and history of the Beatles. This role combines creative vision with meticulous administrative management—from handling event enquiries and preparing contracts to coordinating detailed running orders, managing invoices, monitoring budgets, and ensuring all event logistics run seamlessly behind the scenes.
As a key member of our Guest Experience team you will work collaboratively across departments to deliver memorable guest experiences that drive revenue into the business. Your focus on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction will play a crucial role in increasing private hire opportunities and supporting the wider growth of The Beatles Story. If you’re a confident communicator, a natural leader, and someone who thrives on turning great ideas into well-executed events, we want to hear from you. Help us keep the Beatles’ legacy alive—one unforgettable event at a time.
This role is a permanent contract of 21 hours a week, across 3 days. The days of work are flexible and can be discussed at interview. Hourly rate is £13.51 per hour.
Additional overtime is available if the successful candidate would like to be trained as an Event Duty Manager also. Event Duty Managers are paid at £18 an hour for each corporate event.
