Supreme Linguistic Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding interpreters and translators across a wide range of languages and specialisations. This role is central to maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect and ensuring full coverage for assignments nationwide.
Main duties include:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of interpreters and translators.
• Coordinate with the bookings team to fill urgent or complex language service requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and onboarding processes for new linguists.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with freelance interpreters.
• Assist with recruitment marketing efforts, including job adverts and sourcing through online platforms.
• Generate recruitment reports and identify gaps in language coverage.
Skills and Education:
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or coordination roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• IT proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office, email management).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with linguistic qualifications (DPSI, CIOL, ITI) and compliance requirements is desirable.
• A multilingual or linguistic background is advantageous.
