Crynodeb
Promote and effectively use all methods of communication. Demonstrate excellent personal communication. Establish and maintain effective two-way communication channels with individuals and groups. Responsible for ensuring own clinical practice complies with data protection/Confidentiality/Fraser guidelines and Caldicott principles. Convey complex information effectively to patients and staff often in potential crisis situations. Participate in the assessment of factors which might negatively affect patients sexual health and refer or signpost to more appropriate services as necessary. Provide a non-judgmental, sensitive approach at all times with a solid understanding of equality and diversity issues. Actively contribute to supervision, individual and peer-group and to appraisal process. Must be able to demonstrate the English language proficiency level required for this post.
