Job Title: Deputy Care Manager

Salary: £15.00 - £15.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team in a beautifully decorated care home in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or above and have substantial experience working with elderly dementia patients. As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Care Manager in managing the care home
- Lead and motivate the care team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and staff
- Implement care plans and monitor their effectiveness
- Address any issues or concerns within the home promptly
Skills and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care setting
- Expertise in elderly dementia care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
