Job Title: Part-Time Kitchen PorterLocation: High School of Dundee, DD1 1HUWorking Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday (some overtime available)Contract Type: Term-time only – 38 working weeks + 5.6 weeks paid holidayHourly Rate: £12.21 (equated and paid across 52 weeks)
Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Part-Time Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen and front-of-house teams at the High School of Dundee. This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly, supportive team in a busy and rewarding school environment.
You’ll play an important role in keeping kitchen and service areas clean, organised, and running efficiently. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.

- Part-time position: 25 hours per week (shifts typically between 10:00am and 2:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food to various outlets across the site as required
- Complete all washing up duties for the kitchen and dining areas
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Assist with deliveries and ensure items are stored correctly
- Remove waste from kitchen areas and dispose of it appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or porter experience is helpful, but not essential – full training provided
- Eligibility to work in the UK (security checks will be required)
- A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and customer focus
- Reliable, flexible, and able to take initiative
