The role of the Manufacturing Administrator is to provide a range of administration support to the wider team, ensuring that all the work is completed accurately, in a timely manner and professionally.
Our client is very happy to consider candidates that have previous office experience as well as individuals looking to start their office career, as full, thorough, on the job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- General administration.
- Deal with general enquiries for the team.
- Maintain email correspondence with external customers and internal staff.
- Keep internal computer system up to date with new and updated information.
- Update product photos on system.
- Support the company order process.
- File relevant documents in the appropriate folders both physically and on internal system.
- Liaise with drivers to ensure they have correct information.
- Prepare documentation and contracts.
Candidate Attributes:
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
Hours: Monday – Friday - 8.30am – 5pm
Salary: Up to £26k per annum + Free on-site parking.
