Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Office Support.
Working within our support services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering candidate calls and handling queries, supporting in the registration process and providing all related administrative support. Reporting into our Operations Manager, this role will involve working approximately 25 hours, 10 am - 4 pm over 5 days, based onsite (exact working pattern to be confirmed).
This is a temporary role to start with, with a view to becoming permanent.
Experience Required:
A friendly, helpful manner.
Good attention to detail.
Previous experience in an office/customer facing role is preferred.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Previous use of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly and professional approach to dealing with candidates and colleagues
Organised, with a methodical approach to administrative tasks
Salary: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour, dependent on experience
