We provide pest control services to both domestic and corporate clients. Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role as a Pest Control Technician at Fair Deal Pest Control Ltd, based in Uxbridge. As part of your responsibilities, you will:
Conduct pest inspections and identify infestations.
Determine appropriate treatment methods and implement pest control strategies.
Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the process.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Knowledge of common household pests, their characteristics, and behavior.
Comfort working at heights and physical fitness to work in various environments.
A strong appetite for learning and the ability to hit the ground running.
Excellent communication skills to explain pest control treatments to customers clearly.
Problem-solving skills, as no two jobs are the same, requiring adaptability to various challenges.
Previous experience in the pest control or drainage industry.
A valid UK Right to Work and a UK Driving License.
While not mandatory, an RSPH Level 2 certificate is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Holiday: 28 days, including bank holidays
Company car and fuel allowance
Performance bonus scheme (subject to company and individual performance)
