Crynodeb
The post-holder is part of the multi disciplinary team, providing assessment and treatment for adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions; They will need to be conversant with legal duties under MHA 1983, MCA and the Care Act, including Safeguarding of Adults at Risk and Children; They need to be able to produce reports and clear written documentation They will need to hold a case load of patients as well as contributing to the Duty sytsem and conducting comprehensive holistic assessments. They will be required to visit families to assess and offer support and occasionally to visit patients in out of area placements to attend reviews and Case Conferences
