Specialist Subject Tutors - 1:1 (Maths, Science, Humanities, Politics)
Location: Whitbourne, Herefordshire (WR6)
Rate: From GBP50/hour (higher rates negotiable) + travel/fuel costs considered
Contract: Ongoing | Face-to-Face | Flexible hours (2 hours/week per subject)

We are seeking subject specialists to join a bespoke education programme for a current Year 9 male student in EOTAS provision. This academically gifted learner has complex needs including Autism, DCD, and PDA, and thrives in low-demand environments where learning is student-led and interactive.

We are seeking tutors for the following subjects:
- Maths
- History
- Politics
- Computer Science
- Geography
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology


This is an excellent opportunity for flexible, engaging educators who can adapt content creatively and respond to the students shifting interests. The ability to enter into the students world and collaborate in his lessons is key to successful engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient, and flexible 1:1 tuition in assigned subject(s)
- Develop rapport and adapt to non-traditional learning patterns
- Encourage expression of ideas and academic growth at a pace suited to the student
- Contribute to weekly progress updates

Ideal For:
- QTS tutors or experienced educators with AP, EOTAS, or SEN backgrounds
- Individuals with therapeutic or mentoring experience
- Tutors confident managing ASD/PDA traits and behaviour with empathy

Pay & Flexibility:

Starting at £50 p/hour with potential for higher rates based on skill match. Travel/fuel on-costs may also be negotiated.
