About the Role
Salford City College Group is looking to appoint a talented and experienced Lead Creative Designer & Marketing Officer to support the development and delivery of our marketing and communications across the organisation. This is a key role that combines creative design, brand management, and digital content delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a wide range of marketing materials across print and digital formats. They will oversee the development of engaging content for our social media channels, maintain and update the College’s website and online platforms, and ensure a consistent and professional approach to branding across all communications.
A key part of the role involves collaborating with departments across the College to promote key messages and campaigns. The postholder will also play a central role in monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing activity and supporting the continuous improvement of campaigns. We are seeking someone with strong graphic design experience, particularly in using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of social media management and digital marketing analytics, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience of working in a fast-paced creative environment, ideally within education, is highly desirable.
