Providing a competent administrative service and will be required to have a robust knowledge administration processes. The post holder will need to ensure the efficient delivery of the administration tasks to the clinical team
The post holder will also be required to support the specialty Coordinator and wider clerical team within the service and deputise for the Speciality Coordinator as and when required.
By joining our team you will contribute to the provision of an effective administration service, your main role being to provide comprehensive organisational and secretarial support to the consultants and team as well as communicating with external healthcare services. This will include typing of clinical and general correspondence and dealing with telephone enquiries. Updating systems, booking appointments, monitoring waiting lists and utilisation of clinics.
