Rate of pay - £13 - £15 per hour depending on experience

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, part-time bookkeeper to join our company at our Blackpool service.

Ideally, you’ll be able to come into our fun and friendly home to join our team and get hands on with what we get up to. We’re flexible with hours and are open to discussing your availability.

Book keeper

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software such as Xero and have a strong background in accounts payable. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, managing invoices, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

**Duties:**

- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial decision-making

**Requirements:**

- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero

- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
