We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Person to join our vibrant team at a charming venue near Newbury. Due to the rural location, candidates must have a valid driving license and access to their own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
-Maintain a clean and organized bar area
-Handle cash and card transactions accurately
-Assist with stock management and restocking
Requirements:
-Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
-Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
