Crynodeb
This role is to provide executive administrative support to the Head of City-Wide Services, supporting theteam and playing a key role in the smooth running of the services. The role is involved in staff managementand training, helping plan and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.The role acts as an important communication link to ensure high quality support and liaison with colleaguesand partners internally and externally. The Operations Manager will provide high level of direct support tothe employees, proactively dealing with a wide range of matters, sometimes confidential and/or urgent,while demonstrating a considerable degree of judgement and the ability to work both independently andcollaboratively.
