Role: Support Worker
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: £12.40 per hour
Hours: Part time hours (25 per week)

Are you ready to have a meaningful impact on someone's life?
Are you compassionate to others?
Are you dedicated to making a difference?
Then we want to hear from you.

Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to – whether that’s travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen.

You’ll ideally have experience supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities, but what’s most important is that you bring enthusiasm, empathy, and a person-centred approach to your work.

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans – such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, and taking part in employment, volunteering, or hobbies.

Who will you be supporting?
You’ll be supporting individuals in the Bognor Regis area with learning disabilities, autism, and additional health needs to live as independently as possible. Your role will focus on providing consistent, empowering support in both home and community settings – making every day count.

In return, we will help you build a rewarding career along with the following benefits:

  • 2 Paid Wellbeing Days per year to rest and recharge

  • Enhanced company sick and maternity/paternity pay

  • Time and a half for bank holiday working

  • Access to Blue Light Discount Card and Costco membership*

  • Access to free occupational health, physiotherapy, counselling, wellbeing and advice services

  • Fully paid training and access to nationally recognised qualifications/apprenticeships

  • Generous annual leave allowance (20 days plus 8 bank holidays, increasing with service)

  • UR STARS recognition programme – rewarding individuals and teams who go above and beyond

  • Workplace pension scheme

  • Long service awards recognising your loyalty

  • Travel to work scheme (season ticket loan)

  • Access to an online shopping platform with discounts from over 3,500 retailers

  • Extra 12.7% pay for relief workers in lieu of holiday
