We’re looking for a Project Delivery Officer to join our Asset Management team. You’ll be a key player in delivering planned and
major works across our homes, ensuring our customers receive excellent service every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Acting as the first point of contact for residents during improvement projects
* Coordinating and delivering timely, clear communication to residents
* Managing appointments, access issues, and resolving first-stage complaints
* Building strong, positive relationships with contractors and customers
* Supporting resident engagement activities and promoting social value
* Tailoring communications to individual needs and championing the customer voice
* Reporting on customer satisfaction, complaints, resolutions, and compliments



What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a customer care or resident liaison role, ideally within social housing
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Awaab’s Law, HHSRS and Decent Homes standards
* Skilled in complaint resolution and managing expectations
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using technology
* Full UK driving licence and a DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
