Salary: £29,095 - £32,654 (pro rata for 25 hours per week)
Hours: Full time and Part-time available

We're looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our residential care team as Children's Support Workers. You'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment-helping them overcome adversity and build brighter futures.
Your Impactful Role Includes:-
Being a trusted, steady advocate for the young people in your care.

Supporting young people through everyday challenges and encouraging positive outcomes.

Engaging with children who may display complex or challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.

Implementing care plans and behaviour strategies with consistency and compassion.

Safeguarding children's welfare at all times and ensuring their voices are heard.

Working collaboratively with families and professionals to support each young person's journey.

You're either qualified (or willing to train) to Level 3 in Children & Young People, Health & Social Care, or equivalent.

You bring emotional resilience, patience, and a deep respect for every young person's experience.

You communicate clearly and respectfully-with children, colleagues, and professionals alike.

You're reliable, flexible, and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and safety.
