Job Description:

As a Steward/Driver with Sodexo at Garretts Clubhouse, Queens Avenue in Aldershot You'll play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your day-to-day interactions will directly impact the experience of those serving, ensuring they have a positive and efficient experience.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • To provide effective transport support to ensure the business requirements are met to the highest standards.
  • To deliver set up and collection as per time schedule the refreshments and food options to the client in line with business requirements.
  • Compliance with the Health and Safety Act and COSHH regulations at all times.
  • Keeping the vehicles provided clean, fuelled and well maintained, informing your Line Manager of service requirements or defects and completion of all vehicle related documentation on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Effectively managing continuous improvements, taking corrective action where necessary and informing line manager of performance issues

What You’ll Need:

  • Professionalism and Respect: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and respect for others in all interactions.
  • Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs as flexibility on work schedule and location maybe required.
  • To maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear the appropriate uniform and PPE as required
    • To have a continuous improvement approach, and taking corrective action where necessary and to inform line manager of performance issues
    • Knowledge of Health and Safety and food safety.
