Hays are working with a Manufacturing business based in Telford who are looking for a Customer Support Administrator on a permanent basis , this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Support function by acting as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, responsive, and solutions-focused service that enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens long-term client relationships.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role would involve:
- Customer Support & Communication.
- Serves as the primary interface for customer enquiries within the Customer Support department.
- Generate and issue quotations for recommended system spares.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in both paper and digital formats.
- Support the arrangement of scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service logistics and updates.
- Ensure availability of required materials and manage travel arrangements.
- Facilitate the timely completion and submission of service reports.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
