Are you an experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join a welcoming nursery in Coventry (CV6).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting

  
  

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding childcare

  
  

• Ensure high standards in planning, safeguarding, and EYFS delivery

  
  

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

  
  

• Step into the manager’s role when required

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare – essential

    
    

  • Experience in a senior practitioner or deputy role

    
    

  • Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations

    
    

  • Leadership, organisational, and communication skills

    
    

  • A nurturing and professional approach
