Location: Redditch, B97
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)

Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a friendly and supportive team in Redditch (B97).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery

  
  

• Lead and support staff to provide high-quality care and education

  
  

• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards

  
  

• Foster strong relationships with parents, children, and staff

  
  

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) – essential

    
    

  • Previous management or senior nursery experience desirable

    
    

  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations

    
    

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

    
    

  • A genuine passion for early years education
