Location: Barnsley, S71
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Are you an experienced leader in warehousing and logistics? We’re recruiting a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for a thriving and expanding site in Barnsley (S71). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse team during your shift, ensuring efficient daily operations

  
  

• Support and guide Team Leaders and operatives to meet productivity and quality targets

  
  

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, and workflow management

  
  

• Deliver shift briefings, monitor KPIs, and resolve operational issues as they arise

  
  

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, quality, and site procedures

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse/logistics environment

    
    

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive performance

    
    

  • Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving under pressure

    
    

  • Good knowledge of warehouse systems, procedures, and compliance standards
