Temporary Part Time Receptionist
Starting salary £23658 - £25471 (pro rata) per annum (£12.26 - £13.20 per hour)

Temporary 12 month contract
Part Time – 25 - 30 hours per week available, over five days (Monday – Friday).

Based at King’s Court Council Offices

We need you to provide an effective first point of contact for all customers and visitors to the Council offices. You will deal with customers in an efficient, welcoming and courteous manner, providing information and advice, including signposting for in-house Partnership organisations.

You will have experience in a customer service environment, including effectively dealing with difficult customers both face to face and on the telephone. You will be able to communicate effectively including the ability to listen and empathise, and you must be able to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate, spoken English. You will need to use a variety of computer software systems to respond to enquiries and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
