Resident Services Assistant – Southampton
Location: Southampton
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent | 30 Days Annual Leave
Are you a people person who thrives in a customer-focused environment? Do you enjoy being hands-on and making a real difference in residents’ day-to-day experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and reliable Resident Services Assistant (RSA) to join a modern residential development in Southampton.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the face of the building, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with residents
Managing deliveries, access control, and general front-of-house duties
Reporting maintenance issues and supporting the property management team
Keeping communal areas tidy and presentable
Lone working on occasional Saturdays
Working Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (lone working)
When working a Saturday, you’ll get Sunday and Monday off
All shifts include a 1-hour lunch break
Contracted to work Bank Holidays, but you can use your leave to book them off (subject to business needs)
