We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with approximately 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
* Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
* Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Prepare clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and workflow diagrams.
* Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
* Support change management and user training during system implementations.
* Strong knowledge of business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
* Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
