Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to shape and support transformational change in a dynamic and community-focused
organisation? Torus is seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) team. You’ll
be instrumental in delivering group-wide change initiatives that directly support our Corporate and Operational Plans.
In this role, you will:
* Lead and support the delivery of multiple change projects across Torus.
* Define clear project scopes, objectives and measurable outcomes by gathering and understanding user requirements.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with organisational priorities.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery and governance frameworks.
* Drive efficiencies and value for money across services by identifying and implementing smarter ways of working.
* Support compliance with governance standards and ensure consistent documentation and reporting.
What we are looking for:
* PRINCE 2 / AMP / PMP / Change Management qualification is preferable
* Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or able to demonstrate an equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience.
* Strong background within Housing Industry
* Degree level education or equivalent experience.
* Background in Project Governance
* Demonstrable track record of managing projects successfully
* Experience of working with business stakeholders and suppliers to understand business priorities and develop solutions
* Significant experience of managing matrix-style project teams
* Experience conducting regular sponsor project boards
* Demonstrable experience of building effective relationships and the ability to resolve conflicts where necessary
* Ability to be flexible, respond positively to change, and work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
* A highly motivated self-starter with proven project management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software
Interview Process:
* The selection process will consist of a single-stage interview, which will include a competency-based assessment. Candidates
will also be required to prepare and deliver a presentation.
Additional Information:

* 2x Completed references
