We are looking for Support Workers to join our well-established team in Newton Stewart, supporting individuals within our short breaks and support services in the area.

Main Grade Hourly rate of £12.60 (Pay Award Pending)

You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well-being. Every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
