**Job purpose:**
* To support my 15 year old child within the home and social opportunities within the community.
**Work Duties will include:**
Motivating and encouraging them to take part and try new things
Helping them to develop social skills
Helping with daily routine
**Other requirements**
Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the child and their parents,
Always ensuring the safety of the child
Be patient and understanding

Flexible, reliable and honest
Physically fit, agile and energetic
Understanding of autism essential
DBS Check will be completed

**Location Maidstone, Downswood**
* Number of PA roles available - 1
* £12.21 per hour
* Term Time - 6 PA hours per week
* Non-Term Time - 10 PA hours per week, there are 13 weeks per year
