We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our cleaning staff. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across all assigned areas, while motivating and guiding the team to deliver excellent service.
Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
In your new role as a Cleaner Team Leader you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. You'll will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
