Role Overview
We are recruiting General Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Elland (HX5). These are temp-to-perm positions offering long-term opportunities following a successful 13-week period.
Key Details:
12-hour continental shifts (7am or 7pm start)
4 days on / 4 days off rotation, including both day & night shifts
Candidates must be able to commit to the continental shift pattern.
Key Duties:
Light machine operation
Packing products
General production tasks
Light lifting duties
Assisting machine operators
General housekeeping duties
Requirements:
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on the rotating shift pattern
Reliable, with a good work ethic
Previous production or warehouse experience beneficial, but not essential
