About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Associate, you’ll play a key role in loading and unloading vehicles, handling goods, and maintaining accurate stock records. You’ll work in a cold environment, but we’ll provide full protective uniform and support every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Load and unload goods using a forklift (full training provided if needed)
Check stock, labels, and pallet integrity
Support the warehouse team in completing customer orders
Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace
Report any issues, hazards, or opportunities to improve
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to work in cold conditions (protective gear is provided)
Team player who takes pride in doing a good job
No experience needed – just a willingness to learn
Requirements
Basic reading and number skills
Forklift licence (RTITB Counterbalance or FLT) preferred, but training can be provided
