Crynodeb
To effectively deliver Fibroscans and support the team in the delivery of the fibroscan service , to a high standard and in accordance with local and national training protocols (training will be provided); Ability to access local hospital patient administration systems and data to identify appropriate patients. Collecting data and submitting to internal and external department/organisations within required deadline (Cerner and Eclipse) . To ensure that regular, timely and accurate information is provided to hospital management and clinicians by the application of appropriate collection and presentation techniques to data extracted from any of the Trusts patient-based information systems. Liaising with clinical and non-clinical team regarding required data and submitting reports. Communication with other members of the clinical and administrative hepatology team. Highlighting any concerns to line manager in a timely manner. Undertake fibroscans and write fibroscan reports following SOP and guidance from the hepatology team Proactive and efficient in managing own caseload Keep up to date with current guidelines/ policies /SOPs related to the area of expertise. Maintain NMC code of practice standards (for qualified B4);
