Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £37,000
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee two small properties in Nottingham. This permanent position is ideal for a professional with a background and passion for learning disabilities, aiming to grow within a supportive provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee operations of two small residential properties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead and develop staff teams to provide high-quality care.
- Implement and monitor care plans for residents.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager experience.
- Ideally hold Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong background and passion for learning disabilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
