Contract: Long-Term, with potential to become permanent
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, forward-thinking primary school in Nuneaton. Starting in September 2025, this full-time role will focus on providing one-to-one support for a Year 5 pupil with ASD and ADHD. For the right candidate, there's real potential for the role to become permanent.
We are seeking someone who is passionate, patient, and ready to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)

Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs

Confidence in managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner

Familiarity with EHCP targets and experience contributing to review processes
