Great opportunity to work as a Kettle Operative for our client which manufactures ready pasta meals such as Lasagne, Spaghetti Carbonara, Spaghetti Bolognese, and similar dishes.
Staffline is recruiting Kettle Operatives in Old Leake.
The rate of pay is:
- AM £14.49 per hour
- PM £15.75 per hour
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Kettle Operative, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and hygienic preparation and cooking of sauces and pasta components used in the production of ready meals. You will operate large-scale kettles and mixing equipment according to recipes and production schedules, ensuring food safety, consistency, and high quality.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively. You will have basic maths and English skills for recording batch information.
Applicants will have the ability to follow detailed instructions and production recipes accurately and show good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Experience working in a food manufacturing or food processing environment (preferably with ready meals or sauces) and basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls (Level 2 Food Safety preferred).
