Your Role:
*Carrying out servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
*Diagnosing faults and conducting road tests when necessary
*Communicating with Service Advisors and customers about work carried out
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
*Participating in regular technical training and development
What We're Looking For:
*Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
*A valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
*A reliable, motivated team player with strong attention to detail
What's on Offer:
*Competitive basic salary of around £30,000 (depending on experience)
*Excellent bonus scheme - average of £7,000 per year
*Manufacturer-approved, ongoing technical training
*Company pension scheme
*Clear progression opportunities within a respected dealer group
*Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, plus alternate Saturday mornings
