We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Plymouth to assist with the appointment of a Minute Taker, on a 8-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £13.47 - £16.31 per hour
Responsibilities:
Attend and minute Child Protection Case Conferences and complex strategy meetings
Accurately record, type, and distribute minutes in a timely manner
Take notes for a variety of meetings as required across the service
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and safeguarding protocols
Qualifications:
5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths (Grade C or above)
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in minute taking (written and/or audio)
Fast and accurate audio typing and note-taking skills
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
Please note:
You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
This role requires a Basic DBS
