An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to the Pennine Oxygen Team.
The role involves coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills.
To be the first point of contact for the service and you will need clear communication skills.
To be responsible for managing and prioritising your workload and time management in line with your contracted hours.
• Dealing promptly with a wide range of enquiries from staff and patients
• General clerical duties
• To organise, store and archive paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
• Take accurate messages and pass onto clinical teams in a timely manner for actioning.
